Delete Your Dyscendi Account

You can delete your Dyscendi account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. In the app (immediate)

Open Settings › Account and profile, then choose Delete my account. The app asks you to confirm with your password, or with the Google or Apple account you signed in with. The deletion cannot be undone.

2. By email

If you can no longer open the app, send an email to question@dyscendi.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your account email in the body of the message.

We will process your request and confirm by email once your account has been deleted, typically within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your profile and profile photo.
• Your decks, your cards and your review history.
• The documents and photos you imported.
• Your usage counters and the payment history we hold.

What deletion cannot reach

• The purchase history kept by the App Store or Google Play and by RevenueCat, which tax law requires them to retain. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
• Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics. They never contain your cards or documents.
• Our servers' technical logs, which hold operation identifiers for a few weeks — never the content of your cards or documents.
